Metal slitting and slitting machines can be divided into two categories from the aspect of cutting technology: one is the slitting line of the feed-cutting process; the other is the slitting line of the stretch-cutting process.
The cutting process and tips of the metal slitting machine: The cutting process means that the silicon steel sheet advances under the action of the feeding roller, and then fed into the disc scissors. The linear speed of the scissors and the feeding roller should be consistent. This process method is likely to cause the silicon steel sheet to bow between the feed roller and the scissors. When such a phenomenon is serious, the silicon steel sheet may even roll up with the rotation direction of the knife. In this way, the shear burr and unilateral unevenness of the silicon steel sheet are out of tolerance.
The silicon steel sheet advances under the action of the pulling roller, and the disc scissors is passively cut. Since the linear speed of the pulling roller is slightly higher than that of the slitting shears, the silicon steel sheet is always kept straight between the pulling roller and the disc knife, and it is in the state of pulling and shearing to ensure the cutting quality. The choice of power should also take into account the fluctuations of the voltage used. If the user uses three-phase alternating current, the power will also be reduced if the voltage is reduced.
So sometimes in order to ensure the same processing effect, the power of the equipment must be increased when the voltage is reduced. However, if the voltage is reduced on the premise of the high power state of the equipment, the same heating effect can only be achieved by extending the heating time, so the processing quality is not recognized.
The metal slitting and slitting machine is a continuous production line composed of uncoiler parts, circular shear parts, storage pits, slitting tension control mechanism parts, winder parts, electrical control cabinets, etc., which can continuously cut coils.
