1. Daily maintenance and maintenance of CNC shearing machine:

5. Observe the cutting situation at any time during work, and press the emergency stop button immediately if there is any abnormality;

6. If you leave the machine for a long time, turn off the power to prevent non-professional operation.

Second, the weekly maintenance and maintenance of CNC shears:

1. Carry out a comprehensive cleaning of the machine every week. Lubricating oil is added to each guide rail surface, sliding surface, rolling ball and each screw rod;

2. Check and tighten the tool fixing screw, transmission mechanism, hand wheel, table bracket screw and top screw;

3. Check whether the oil filter is clean, if it is dirty, it must be washed;

4. Check the filters of each electrical cabinet and clean the adhering dust.

3. Monthly and quarterly maintenance of CNC shears:

Check that each lubricating oil pipe is unobstructed, the oil window is bright, and check whether there is any sediment in the oil tank;

1. Clean the chips and grease inside the machine tool;

2. Refuel at each lubrication point;

3. Check whether all transmission parts are loose, check the meshing of gears and racks, and adjust or replace if necessary;

4. Check and adjust the sharpness of the blade, and if the blade is found to be dull, grind or replace it in time;

5. Check and adjust the proper tightness and clearance of the cutter and insert;

6. Check the strong electric cabinet and operating platform to see if the fastening screws are loose, and use a vacuum cleaner or blower to clean the dust in the cabinet. Check whether the wiring head is loose;

7 Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, all contact points are good, no leakage, replace damaged ones.

Fourth, the annual maintenance:

1. Check the ball screw, wash the old grease on the screw, and replace it with new grease;

2. Replace the bearing grease. When replacing, be sure to clean the bearing;

3. Clean various valves and filters, clean the bottom of the oil tank, and change the oil according to regulations;

4. Check the surface of the motor commutator, remove the burrs, blow off the carbon powder, and replace the carbon brushes with excessive wear in time;
