Metal slitting wire tension control can output standard 0-10V analog signal, corresponding to the rated torque of the asynchronous motor. So we use the analog signal to connect to the inverter and select the torque given. This ensures constant tension throughout the dynamic process of winding.

In inverter torque mode, the speed is limited. In the tension control mode, the speed of the DC motor, AC motor or servo motor must be limited. Otherwise, when the torque generated by the motor can overcome the load torque and run, it will generate rotational acceleration, and the speed will continue to increase. Accelerating to high speed is the so-called flying car. The speed of rewinding and unwinding is limited by the analog output AFM of the spindle B series inverter, and the parameter 3-05 (analog signal output selection) on the frequency conversion of the spindle B series is also set to 03 (frequency command output). The signal is respectively connected to the analog comfortable port of the rewinding and unwinding inverter, as the setting signal of frequency given and sad frequency.

Metal slitting line - zero-speed tension control requirements, when the rewinding and unwinding is running at 0Hz, there is a certain tension output on the output shaft of the motor, which is adjustable.
