Process flow

Hardness
The hardness and toughness of the blade determine the service life of the blade, the production of the blade needs to be vacuum heat treatment according to the quenching temperature of different materials, and the low temperature tempering treatment at 3 intervals of 8 hours can ensure that the hardness and toughness of the blade are good.
The hardness of the blade of different materials is generally controlled at HRC58-62°.
Dimensional accuracy
All the dimensions of the cutting machine blade are produced and processed according to the requirements of customer drawings.
The standard blade length tolerance is controlled at ±0.1mm, the width tolerance is controlled at ±0.05m, the thickness tolerance is ±0.05mm and the parallelism is ±0.05mm.and the surface finish can reach Ra<0.2.
If higher precision requirements are required, surface grinding can be increased, which can achieve higher dimensional accuracy.
